Bad Weather...

What a horrible stormy day we had yesterday. There were Tornado warnings everywhere but thank god no touch downs! When I went to pick up Will from school it was raining hard with wind gusts at 55 mph. We were both soaked by the time we made it to the car.  I love a good clean rain just as much as everyone else but winds that take the shutters off my house I can do without. Today though the storm clouds are moving out and the sun is starting to peek out so it seems the bad weather is over for now.

Another good thing about today is that Jason will be coming home after 10 days in Brazil. This is the longest we have ever been apart and I am starting to feel like a single mom and don't like it. The kids miss him like crazy too, especially Will he doesn't do well with changes at home and daddy being gone really messes with him.

With Jason being gone I have tried to scrap and have gotten a few things done. It always helps me scrap if I have Challenges or am trying to reach a deadline and last weekend there was an on line crop at A Walk Down Memory Lane . Kristen the old owner of Serendipity is hanging out over there so she invited me to join in on the crop. It was a lot of fun and I did manage to get a couple challenges done.

One of them was to create a Non Halloween layout, you had to create a layout using Halloween paper but non Halloween pictures. I decided to use this picture of Sydney because you can just see the little monster in her in this picture.

That look in here eyes is just a little scary don't you think? She reminds me so much of myself its not even funny.

Well that's it for right now. I have a house to clean before Jason gets home and the cloths drier just started beeping so I need to get the cloths folded, Ugh.....Laundry never seems to end. Thank You for stopping by and I really hope you have an wonderful day.
